We used Angie as our real estate agent to sell our house.
We interviewed a couple of agents and easily decided on Angie. We felt a connection with her straight away and loved her positivity, enthusiasm and honest love for our house. She gave us great advice before we even signed up with her regarding what areas to focus on in presenting our house for sale.
I felt that if I was a buyer Angie would be the person to make me fall in love with a property and probably talk me up in price! WOW!!!! What can I say?
I had considered selling my house a few times over the last few months but never made the commitment to action. A friend recommended that I have a talk with Angie as she would give me information without any obligation to sign up.
And am I glad I did.
Right from the start, Angie was professional and so friendly, I felt that I had made a friend.
She gave me all the information that I could handle at first, and then went on over the next few days to give me some options and some recommendations.
I took her advice and listed with her. Her attention to detail, and the fact that she kept in touch via email and cell phone, meant that I knew what was happening and at no time did I feel neglected.

I can say with the up most confidence that Angie was instrumental in getting our house sold in NZ while while we are living in Australia.
We required a lot of work to be completed on the property due to horrible tenants. This included inside and out painting, general repairs, Major Repairs, and carpet replacement. Angie went above and beyond to not only identify vendors we could trust and ensure they could access the property when they needed to, but had extremely useful advice on what to do to help sell the property for the best price.
